Went for suspension check, waste of money

Good morning, so i went for my suspension tests, charged me R150 only for front convinced me to do the advanced test i agreed cost me R250, but im highly disappointed in the service i got, not what i was expected, took them probably 20mins and i left clueless just like i came, told me to replace everything on my suspension told them thats the plan but want to know what that funny sound is, he couldn't tell me i then told them u wont hear it on the lift but once the full weight is on the wheel he can hear i offerd to take him for a driver which he didn't so basically i gained nothing out of this, the other funny thing is if u spin my front right wheel u can clear see the tyre uneven they never picked that up, few months back i was their to do my wheel alignment and the same guys said something about my front wheel space not the same as the other 1 so they to to heat up something and align to the to, guess what with my test that wasn't picked up, so tell me if im wrong feeling ripped off and wasting, time, money and fuel goin their? Feel like kicking myself, but i will take futher action.
