BUMPER BASHING HN19BWGP

To whom it may concern.

Late afternoon on the 27th of June 2023 HN19BWGP bump my rear bumper at the Paardekraal drive and Luipaard street crossing (McDonalds) Krugersdorp, the driver sped away as I was getting out of my vehicle. He was talking on his phone (video calling from Key West robot where I noticed him).
He was so interested in the video call that he did not notice that his vehicle is moving forward. At the next robot Paardekraal drive and Windsor road I managed to take a picture of the vehicle to have proof.

Hope this guy gets a warning before he causes an accident where innocent people are hurt or maybe fatal.
