No loans amount (R180 000) released

I applied for a loan for R180 000 but was told to pay first R3 800 (paid) and then R5 000 (paid) later was told to pay a further R8 799 (did not pay) to have the funds reflect in my bank account. I am keeping the details of WONGA Representative and the person into whose account I was advised to deposit the amounts. Still up to this time I did not receive the loan and the due date for the business for which I had applied the loan for has passed. Is this how WONGA in South Africa works? I would like to be repaid the amounts I unfairly paid.
