What was the reason to make a U-turn as the Olsen Road eThekweni Bus route takes the eThekweni Buses to Marine Drive to fetch passengers waiting there? Must these passengers wait for the next eThekweni Bus that may come at 14:00? This is not fair to rate-paying citizens and their visitors.

Seems like he was cutting his trip short due to being delayed for whatever reason.
