I have sold a car a few years ago and it took me five years to not solve the problem. After I sold the car etoll just went up and up on the sold car. I gave Sanral all my info on the date the car was sold. they just refuse to cancel the amount om my name. Now i have sold another car and and is back to square 1, back to the same problem. I did try to speak to the people at Witfield Sanral but they did not want to hear anything I say, They needed to tell me their story. They did not even want to listen to me. when i sold my last car did exactly as sanrall told me to do, because i did not want to sit with the problem from start again. Now that i have the problem again Sanrall want to get very clever and now tell me what to do and what not to do, when i sell a car. a bit to late. I need sanral to cancel the account that is not my responsibility. I am trying to do the right thing. but it keep becoming a problem, to do the right thing. Erasmus
