Audi South Africa
R800 to remove a blank CD and blaming my CD

Cars & Transport

I had my car serviced today and asked them to remove a stuck ccd from my cd player. I was told that I would be charged R800 id my CD was a copied or pirated cd. My CD was an orignal CD and was successfully removed. I however was still charged R800 with the service agent trivialising the isue by saying that Audi does not such CDs. I however have since inserted and removed the CD twice from the cd player. Audi have blamed my CD instead of taking responsibility for there deffective piece of hardware. I now would Audi to please provide me and all customers with a detailed document pertaining to which CDs will be accepted by my CD player. I also would like audi to please review all my CDs and tell me which CDs I can play in the CD player. Alternatively I would please like a detailed white paper document pertaining to the standards of acceptable CDs as well a technological contraption that can validate that my CD will not get stuck in your player.

Audi you silly blamers. Accept responsibility and stop ripping people off. R800 really?

Suprisingly I did not receive a ratings form this time

I know where I wont be servicing my car next time
