Vehicle soldbut being held liable

Hi was a tracetec subscriber and paid a lump sum to have the device fitted. Agreed to a month to month contract. Months later this vehicle was sold and Jessica at the three rivers branch advised it was a month to month contract and need not be canceled. Now 7 months latee we are being threatened with blacklisting. Apparently they no longer offer month to month contracts, my question is how is tjis trameating customers fairly with blatant failure to notify the client? Spoke to Moses and explained, he advised it was all sorted out. yet we still receiving snotty emails
