Terrible service from Stobel

Our company, Redif Freight & Logistics has requested a quotation from Chris at Stobel in which we have accepted. We currently had 15 loads from Benoni to Matatiel/Maclear in which 2 was already delivered leaving us with a total of 13 loads left. Yesterday Chris had informed Mrs. Chetty that there was a truckers strike which was a complete lie as I have called in today and was informed that there is no such thing. Today he sends me an email that he can no longer do these loads.

In all fairness, he has committed on the 15 loads and we have committed to our client, how can we now in turn go and tell them that we can no longer accommodate them, this result will cost us to lose the client as a whole.
Today Mrs. Chetty had called Chris and was faced with a very rude attitude and as a result, Chris had slammed the phone down on her. This is very unprofessional business considering we had given Stobel quite a bit of business in the past.

It is appalling that a company such as Stobel employs staff which are rude to their clients as well as go back on their commitments made to their clients. This is not the way business should run and this complaint should be taken very seriously.
