I hired a car online on the 8th of January 2013 for seven days and the price I was given was R1456 and I was ordered to pay R406 and R1050 I would pay it on counter upon collecting the car. When I collected the car on the 9th instead of being charged R1050 they charged me R1970 and no explanation given. I was advised that I would get 200km free pay for 7 days and that would mean 1400km free. I was advised that I would be charged R1.99c per km if I travelled more than the free km provided. I returned the car on the 15th as per agreement with full tank and without a scratch though it was dirty. Upon my arrival at the airport the Indian guy who collected the car inspected it and told me it was dirty and it would need an auto valet of which I agreed. He then made me sign for the return. I signed the sheet. He also asked me to sign for the second time and I asked him what for now and he said its for auto valet and then I signed and left. I was surprised when I received only R800 from my R4000 deposit. When I queried it they told me the car had damages on the bumper so they charged me R2060... what the??? Where did the damage come from all of a sudden? They are just!!!
