Really continuous bad service

I have had enough with the service from Engine in Waterfall Durban there continuous disgusting service is unbelievable. every time you go there you are guaranteed to wait ages for service even when they not busy they don't have enough staff and the present staff would rather chat and just stare at you than come over and attend to you. I have gone in side on numerous occasions but it seems i cant be the only one who has complaints as the staff are all directed to say sorry you may not speak to the manager you must discus your complaint with the head attendant out side. i have spoken to him and yet again nothing is done.
