Engen experience just fantastic

Firstly I would like to compliment the staff at Engen on Van Buuren Road in Bedfordview. The staff there are always great and friendly, especially the cashiers.

Engen is currently running a competition that the cashiers actually pushed me to enter, after a few times of them reminding me I actually won something. My experience with "winning" from South African brands is normally more direct mail, headaches and no prize.

Engen over delivered. They called my the next day, a fantastic woman was on the line and what she said would happen was exactly what happened. I was directed to a micro-site and offering my details was extremely easy and fast.

Everything was confirmed and I received texts to confirm delivery times, I raised a brow and didn't believe it. The delivery company arrived when they said they would and I am sure I got confirmation before they left my gate.

Really well done Engen, you exceeded where others have failed. From the cashiers to head office, well done. and thank you.
