Disgusting service at Dunlop Zone Wynberg

The one thing that I've never understood is when a company uses someone who has zero people skills to deal with the clients. They are the face of the company - first line of contact.
The lady who I had to deal with Dunlop Zone in Wynberg was the most miserable and rude person I've had to deal with in a long time. I was clearly annoying her by giving her business.

You're in the service industry, learn how to deal with people in a professional manner or find another job that is more suited to your personality - I heard that they are looking for prison guards. With a 48% unemployment rate I wonder how people like that have jobs.

Hi-Q on Constantia Main Road was the complete opposite. They couldn't help me with what I needed done but they were extremely helpful and friendly. I suggest going there instead.
