SA CAR HIRE - DONT RENT FROM THEM

The owner Ian runs his company from home, Hatfield, Pretoria and thinks he can do whatever he wishes in his business. He does not keep to at least up to standard service and client relationships and disregards previous arrangements with his company, even after he was aware of the arrangement in writing as unimportant and arrnanges only what is suitbale to him. He is a unfair, unreasonable person that swears at clients and his personell. When the vehicle brakes down he is of the opinion that you are a bother to him, none of your inconvenience is dealt with that day, or pardoned, he will let you wait until it suits him to come out and them blame you for the breakage also still. Personell does not last at his company as he treats them bad, yells on them and swears. He hides behind his personell and does not take client calls about breakages and only appears when it suits him. He looses his manners when a car has a mark on a seat or is dusty, but does not maintain his cars mechanically when needed. I am a reasobale, fair client that looked as well as possible after his vehicle, rented for a year and only asked what is fair according to law an arrnagements between us to be executed!
