I would like to raise my complain regarding the service that I experienced afternoon at BP garage (Rabie Ridge) this afternoon.
I went there to refill petrol after realizing that I need one. My car was empty at wanted to purchase petrol of R150 value. To my suprise, there was no different in terms gauging as expected. I raised my concern with attendant (Ronald) and further addressed the matter with the Manager (Tebogo Mohale - who looked drunk, instead taking side) in charge. The manager tried to explain (in defence to the Attendant) why there was never a different (gauging) insisting that the gauge is not working and that did not make sense also.
We both agreed that we add petrol of the value R50 to check if the gauge is working and nothing changed. The Manager then concluded that the gauge is not working. He (Manager) advised me to put more petrol and if still not working (gauge), he will compensate the initial R150 back. I added petrol for the value of R300 and it made huge different. The Manager then refused to pay back R150 as promised.
My point here is, I did not budget for R450 petrol
