BPSA bullied me into accepting that they have Carte Blanche access to my money by running me dry till I accepted it.
I have a maintenance contract on my computer system with BPSA. Recently my diesel pumps were down for 2 months while their contractors tried to sort a simple issue out. They unplugged my modem in their trial and error tests and did not replug it, so we could not communicate with BP. We called them to come check their system, which we don't touch due to maintenance contract and with all our explanations they have still debited me for over R1 100 for the call out.
BPSA sort out your contractors not your dealers.
We not paying for your Gulf mess, git it into your thick skulls, I spent R41.8 million with you last year so I am your customer and you are my "SERVICE PROVIDER" now try doing just that 1 simple thing if humanly possible.
