NO MANAGER TO EXCHANGE COOLDRINK

Waited for 10minutes to fill fuel because there is only 3 attendants to fill.then I sent my brother in to buy coldrink, unfortunatley he bought two buddy bottles instead of a 2ltr.he then went back inside to exchange it for a 2ltr, he was told by mapula that night shift manager and the exchange could not be done! he told her pls make a plan, hw can there not be a manager! she said I cnt make a plan, wat the must I do there is no manager .he told her he would take the 2ltr and walk out, she told him go take it .when he went to the counter she told him go out and refused to give him change diffrence! when my mother went in and asked for change, she said she cnt help us there is no night shift manager and that's how they work! disgusted that such a nice garage is turned into the dogs and staff memebers that are rude without manners!
