Took my car in to have its major service done in beg of jan, then to be told my cambelt is way overdue to be replaced. At this time of the year funds are limited, but I need my car in working order as I always have 2 smal kids in my car. I told the receptionist when I collected my car after the service was complete that I will have to wait for cambelt to be done another time as I didn't have the funds. The next day one of the owners called me to let me know that he over heard my conversation and has spoken to his other partner and they would like to just charge me for the cambelt kit and they will cover the labour charges (and this is a 5 hour job) WOW! I was so impressed that they were willing to assist me with my situation and put me and my families safety 1st. Now that's going the extra mile for your customers.
