STILL NO RESPONCE . CARE ABOUT 6 MONTHS EXPIRED

On the 5 of this month I posted a complaint about a 6 MONTH old expired chocolate that I purchased at a egen petrol station... Nothing has been done at all to resolve this issue I was promised to be called back by the arrogant owner of the store by the 9 of this month it is now the 16 ..how can engen say the matter have been resolved when nothing has been done not even a personal sorry nore a refund no one has even asked to see the product. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE .If nothing is done about this I am going to take this matter further even if it means that I get my lawyers involved I cant believe the service, does no one care THAT I PURCHASED A SIX MONTH OLD CHOCOLATE .i WANT SOMEONE OF A HIGHER POSITION TO CONTACT ME TODAY AFTER 3PM OT TOMORROW AFTER 3PM .How can people to you an how can everyone involved blame each other if nothing is done I am going to the MEDIA I still have the chocolate that I have kept
