I serviced my car a year ago at Strijdom park and they told me the braked needed to be replaced, i didnt believe that it needed to so i told them not to complete the job as i will get it checked by someone else. I took the car to a friedn of mine who services vehicles and owns a company that specialises in this. He told me the brakes was fine and dnt need to be replaced. Now a year later i took teh car back to VW for annual service and the report stated that the brakes was fine until the next service which is in another year. So a year has passed and the brakes are fine, so pls explain how the service guys told me it needed to be replaced. When i questioned them about it, i just a " oh ok" as a response. This is totally unacceptable that we have to deal with people that are dishonest and feel the need to to customers. And we being the customers have no shoice but to take their word believing whaat they say is true or folk out more money to verify what they say is true... Very disaapointed and expect feedback asap
