Package not delivered on purpose

On 23 Dec I went to Alberton Post Office to courier gifts to loved ones in Cape Town. First after standing in a queue for close to an hour I find out its only car registrations. After asking what I thought was simple questions like, how much is my parcel going to cost to send and whats the insurance gonna be I could not make any progress. After spending close to an hour at the counter out of frustration I requested from the clerk "send the two parcels for to-door delivery, I don't care what it costs". Still no progress, so I requested the clerk get assistance from another clerk because she was clearly inept for the job. At this stage it was close to 12pm and I had been in the post office since about 10am. Asking the clerk to get extra assistance irritated the clerk, who then out of spite marked my package for to-counter delivery although I paid for to-door delivery. My loved ones who were supposed to receive their gifts before xmas have until today not received their gifts, despite my bill of R431.00. I can handle a mistake but I am 100% sure she did this on purpose. I will never make use of Speed Services again and will make sure neither does my company, friends and colleagues!
