Lying, abusing

Too much to mention but here is a summary:
- False quotations
- Work not completed
- Took 3 days to do half a service
- Refuse to give a job card or detailed invoice
- Physically threatened me and my wife
- Verbally abused us and my mother (that wasn't even there!)
- Damaged my vehicle
- Drove over 400 km's in one day with my vehicle!

Please BOSCH, don't make the mistake in going into business with these guys. They will ruin your business!
