Use this guy at your peril!

I used Raymond because our wives are friends- what a mistake! Not one of the vehicles I took to him to be repaired was done correctly... My Renault Scenic caught fire after the turbo was replaced because he didn't replace the heatshield correctly. My Beach Buggy's rear wheel fell off after having the brakes replaced. My Mercedes Benz took over 2 months to repair (head gasket and electrics) and came back worse electrically than when it went in. He took over 9 months to repair my Tata Indica- I finally took it away from him because he wouldn't finish it. Talking about not finishing things, there is a Chev El Camino bakkie that has been standing at his workshop for over 6 years. The owner paid him up front to refurbish it and its still not finished. Then there's a Ford Ranger that he was supposed to do a Lexus V8 conversion to. Two years later and its still standing there and yes, the customer paid up front...

Raymond will promise you the world and take your money but when it comes to delivery there's always a problem- he's waiting for this, he's waiting for that, somebody has let him down... blah, blah, blah!

Use him if you want to, but I'd rather walk than be messed around again.
