As per my previous complaint. My car was damaged when taken to renault tokai for a service. I lodged my complaint immediately the next day. I was told that the person in management was only back on the monday. I left and subsequently returned on the Monday. A very brief apology was given to me by the manager. I was then told by Christiaan that an appointment would be made for my car at the bodyshop. He said he will call me later that afternoon, which he did not do. It has been a week and I still have heard nothing from renault. My last words to him when he apologised about the inconvenience was. as long as I get good service its no problem. I am rather patient but I think this is ridiculous. Is this really how renault treats its customers. Same thing happened to a friend at BMW and within a week his car was fixed and a courtesy car immediately provided pending the fixing of his car. I am truly not impressed by this and will not recommend renault to anyone, because they are all talk and no action.
