17 days!!! Worst service

Worst service ever. Left over 20 messages in two weeks, but only received a call back twice. Matter still not resolved. Left another message now for the manager. The service is not up to standard. Tired of conflicting stories and empty promises. Everyday my complaint will be solved the same day or the next day. Now I received a call confirming it will be Monday!!! Another 3 days!!! This will be 17 days then!!! Am considering contacting the ombudsman and or legal action.
