Store manager swears at client

We were filling petrol and all the card machines were offline but we only found out when we wanted to pay. The ATM at the petrol station also didn't work so we had to go to Fourways Crossing to draw cash. The manager was getting irritated with the client getting upset about the whole situation. After we got cash we wanted to speak to the manager he decided to come out of the office shouting as screaming at us and then swearing!! Really I don't care how frustrated he got it you can't scream and swear at clients!!! Will never fill up at a BP again!!!
