Simply the best

Christmas eve frantically busy... work, kids, no shopping done ..imagine the stress level!! My brakes finally grind to the steel... I cannot drive another inch... I call loads of garages knowing the chances of even an answer is remote and then Stuart answers...(: sympathetic, cheerful, patient and helpful immediately... promised he would call me back ASAP soon as he sourced stock of brake shoes... obviously we NEVER take those promises seriously but before I had the change to call and NAG again he was back ...!! Booked me in immediately ..less than 2 hours later back and front brake shoes changed and car washed inside and out!! Record time awesome job and all with the grace and humour not prevalent on a morning when most of the county relaxing on a beach... thanks Stuart YOU the BEST... really appreciate... you made my day... won't be going to any other garage but yours... 011 251 6000...
