I am not happy with this jo

On 2/12/2013 i took my toyota corolla to this company for bodywork on rust patches
on 9/12/2013 i went to fetch the vehicle
i noticed that half a tank of petrol had been used and gordon gave me R200 for petrol and said he was sorry
i transferred R2000 to his absa account that morning
later in the day i saw that there was damage to the left front of the car
i went back to the premises
gordon's son said he agreed that the car should not have left the premises
gordon offered to give me back my money and make good all damage and those rust patches
which had not been repaired
the next day he told me to take the vehicle elsewhere for repair
but would still give me my money
i was to ring ann who would reimburse me
i rang for three days but she was never there
on the third day his son told me they would not give me any money or do any further repairs on my car
he was very rude and shouted at me on the phone
they say that gordon took the vehicle home because there was no parking space
but gordon's home is nearby and he could not possibly have used all that petrol on one trip
my car was definitely used often while there
they did very little work on my ca
