I made a booking with the CPT branch and the Sales Consultant - Charlene Moller confirmed that my furniture will be fetched on the 16th December 2013 and she also said the time will be communicated in due cause. I transferred the deposit & payment on the 12th &13th Dec and sent through the prove of payment docs, on both e-mails i asked her what time should I expect the people to fetch my furniture - Charlene never responded on both counts. On the 16th Dec I was in the vicinity of the storage place where my furniture was kept nobody called. On the 17th Dec Charlene calls me @ about 08h15 telling me that I should be @ the Storage (Durbanville) in a hour's time; bear in mind I'm @ work in CPT, how unprofessional is that when I told her I expected her call on the 16th she tells me I should have called her to inquire - where as she's the 1 who said the time will be communicated. Since the 16th was a holiday I thought the offices would be closed. I called the Manager Chris Davel to complain and he actually said to me: "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU EXPECT ME TO DO??? " I mean really in other words I was wasting my time trying to complain about the service I received from Charlene.
