WRONG PARTS ORDERED/MANAGER BAD ATTITUDE

Hi
ford Tzaneen is useless, the car has had endless problems since it was bought in 2011, everytime you take it for a fix, it will spend 3 days and more, it even spends 2 days for a mere service,
now they tell me they ordered a wrong part, whos fault is that? mine?
they don't even have the audacity to call and let me know of the delay, instead they keep telling me, it will be fixed tomorrow,
this is frustrating and I will never buy a ford brand again.
