I am trying to put my Big Boy scooter back together after it was recovered from being. I need a number of spares and called Big Boy CBD to ask if they had spares. When I was informed that they only have one of a certain part left I asked for it to put aside as I am travellling (by public transport) to town to collect the spares tomorrow and do not want to make the long journey only to be disappointed.

I was informed that they don't keep spares aside because customers don't collect them. I was further told that the spares depot is not open on a Saturday. I explained my situation, but was rudely reminded that because other customers don't collect parts I am now at Big Boys mercy as to whether, after I have taken the time and energy to get to town, the parts will even be available. Pathetic service, very rude and argumentative "assistant" who clearly has no idea how to deal with customers.

I will not be spending any further money at Big Boy. Big Boy are clearly not interested in accommodating their customer's need. Customers in my opinion should be each judged on their own merit and not judged as is this case as a faceless group who clearly don't deserve service.
