I complained about my key which was ordered and paid for on 31 Oct but was only ordered on 03 Dec after I jumped up & down. That delay despite numerous calls to find out when key will be received & promised call backs. I was promised the 17th by Chris and 18th Dec by James. It's the 20th & I still don't have my key. I called Chris on the 18th, response? Oh, he didn't check the date, SURPRISING since I was promised he'd be personally on top of this! Said he'd check & call back. He didn't! I called again on the 19th only 2B told my key is delayed because they have skeleton staff. Despite the fact that I have no missed call nor voicemail, Chris insists he called me on the 17th. As can be seen in the previous complaint, Renault SA didn't even bother to respond, it seems like they feel they are untouchable. I spoke 2a high authority in the dealership & his attitude sucked, no wonder junior staff behave the way they do. I even complained to their head office, to date there's no joy! I guess the next step is the consumer protector. They think they can take my money & not provide a product paid for or they will eventually provide it when they feel like and it's not going to work that way..
