Looking for a new car the Citroen DS3 Sport, DONT

A new car 26 months ago, and already 100000km so should have been for about 5 services (1 per 20000km), or maybe that odd other time. WRONG my DS3 THP Sport has been no less than 12 times, 1 every 65 days. Today the engine temp was too high and I have to pull off the road and turn the car off. Firstly, took my car for a SERVICE last friday, and paid in CASH. Secondly when my car was being inspected for scratches and all, the bonnet was opened and the water container had some waterish residue and so it was marked ON THE SERVICE CHECKSHEET to be checked just in case. Thing is not even a yr earlier I was twice told that there may be a problem with the same water container when I took it because of engine faults, but in the end they said it to be something else. At my service on Fri 12/12 the waterish residue was wiped clean and some water, checked, thought it was a new one. Back to today, when I check the problem after pulling off and waiting to my surprise NO WATER, empty and then I am negligent when my engine Ks out. I was able to get water put into the car and was able to get home, just as I checked again, water gone again. Is it ok to think there was a problem all along YES.
