Not taking responsibility for car malfunction

16/12 Car was in for Steering column replacement. Pick it up next day, sound system not working & Traction control light is on. Took car back next day as advised but after claiming to have sorted out the problems my twitters are totally silent & warning light still on. After 3 hrs of failure to fix the issue I suggested to the owner that he either get a sound technician or I take the car to a sound fitment centre & bring the invoice. After earlier shifting blame to the Dent doctor guys who had dismantled the dashboard for them, now it was suggested that the radio, then the twitters were not working when I brought the car. Service guy confirmed the radio was working when he drove the car into the workshop. The owner with all arrogance was adamant that he will pay nothing & then insisted that I leave the car until the 6th of Jan when they reopen for the new year when they will check it again. This was an inconvenience to me to not have a car until Jan & I refused. The owner then commanded everyone out & said he will not take responsibility for the issues once the car is out of the workshop which was unreasonable after I spent R11k & 6 Jan being 3 weeks away. I want a solution.
