Service gone on holiday

I called in to fine out how much and when could I fix my head light.
1st. The lady that picked up the phone has a bad attitude.
2de. The second lady didn't even try help. As we all no lights can't take that long to fix and you cant drive without. She just said you must come back on the 6th of Jan 2014... I was there 3 months ago and gentlemen could help me in 10min (was very happy with the service i got there). Now looks like its end of the year and the service went on holiday.
