Bad Product

I have never had so much trouble with any product in my life. My second C 5 that is overheating to name but one of the issues. I got stuck without fuel on different occasions as the fuel gauge showed there was fuel left yet it was empty. (complained many times about this) It is still not 100% There is funny noises coming out of the back side where the clutch etc is. Apparently they found loose plates and other things coming undone that they fix every time. After the 5 th time that the bike overheats Johan from this company are saying that somebody (insinuating that it was me) has tampered with the bike as the water pipe came loose. According to him it cannot just come loose, funny, as it seems that most of the bike has had to re assembled by them after going back to the workshop on MANY occasions. I have had so much inconvenience and even got a written warning from my work for being late and not pitching for appointments. They once provided a loan scooter that would not start, the handle bars felt loose and the speedo did not work. They are refusing to refund me! Told them I will have no choice but to seek legal help and their reply is that they await further instruction.
