Breach of contract and bad attitude

I rented a car from Avis on the 29 and 30 November 2013. An amount of R 6130.77 was frozen on my account. I was advised that this amount will be made available on the return of the vehicle and the maximum it would take to return the money will be two weeks. I have been calling the service desk and getting rude treatment as if I am owing the company. I am merely asking for the money that belongs to me. I have kept my end of the contract and returned the vehicle safely to them.
