Worst service

We courier Business essential documents on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with DHL. We have had complete incompetence, zero feedback, poor service from most of the staff handling our shipments. We have now been charged additional for bringing in documents. held up for a week at customs and has lost our clients. Please do not use this service if possible. It makes no sense to pay someone for service and not even to be able to get 10% of what you pay for.
