Highly Disappointed

I bought a Yaris from Toyota Tzanneen in the beginning of October, and i am VERY disappointed!! After the finance went through they promised me every day that the "car will be delivered tomorrow", well I waited a week for delivery following several excuses!! Being 200km from Tzanneen they advised me on delivery that they had forgotten the spare key and service book and it will be delivered the following day. Needless to say, it was the same story! Promises/ everyday for 2 months. When asking them for the service book they advised me that i can do the service without a book - i now know why!! It was because they never had a service book!! They eventually sent me a COMPLETELY EMPTY service book!!

Please also note that a month after i had bought the car i received my first fine for smooth tires!! Who knew you could put a car through the test with smooth tires??

When addressing a senior personnel, i immediately knew that they no longer believe in customer service! The customer is NEVER right!! I will definitely not use them again, and advice everyone i know to do the same!! As soon as the finance is approved, out goes the friendly, kind service!!
