I WAS LEFT STRANDED!!!

I had recently sent my car for fixing and on my way back from Johannesburg to Durban the car broke down. I did not expect this type of service. I had contact Mercedes Benz roadside assistance they had picked up the car and could not provide me with a place to rest while my car was being fixed I had to organise transport back to Johannesburg from Vereeniging in the middle of the night and was unable to go to work the next day as my car is still in Vereeniging. I had contacted Mercedes Benz customer car and was advised to log a complaint. This is horrific customer service for such a prestigious company and I am greatly disappointed by the way I have been treated
