After speaking to Charles Mandaza, he told me that they do not have the required cash-flow to pay for any damages.

I have found some of the peoples details including Charles. My lawyer is sending a letter out today too them for malpractice and operating against the consumer protection act.
Judging by the language they were speaking during the day, they are not South African, therefore I have a contact very high up in SARS customs and a contact in the Tax division as well. Their details will be passed to these people.
