Left to stand in the rain because its home time

My husband and daughter were on their way to JHB as she has to write her Matric final exams when our new Renault Sandero Step Way broke down (bought the car in July), my husband phoned Renault and was told to phone their AA tow- in service, the tow truck driver got lost the call went out at 12h00 the tow truck only picked him up at 15h55 and then dropped him off at Renault Melrose 89 Corlett drive; which they promptly told my husband that they do not have a car for him and they will have a look at the car tomorrow and see whats wrong and whether the warranty covers it or if we must pay. He must come back tomorrow as they are closing..he is now standing in the rain out side the garage. There is no cover..In a strange city with his and my daughters bags getting wet. They did not even offer to take him to a hotel or offer to call a cab... what service is that. Quick to sell a car... but boy oh boy what after service do they give...
