Worst service

On the 30/11/2013 I go into goodhope tyres for assistance with adjustment of my handbrake, one of the guys assists me but also explains to me that my brakes wasn't fit properly but he will gladly refit for a fee (obviously). Naturally because of the safety hazards involved I have them go ahead. Now a few days down the line while driving on the R300 I here a weird noise and my car starts pulling to the one side..stopping at the closest safest place upon inspection I found that my drum is coming off..now back at goodhope tyres besides the MANAGERS attitude I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS... which was damaged by their defective workmanship... more than upset they refuse to give me the owners number as well... IS THIS THE THAT THIS PLACE IS RUNNING TO MILK THE COMMUNITY OUT OF THEIR LAST CENTS!?
