Petrol attendant put oil into the water tank

The attendant in Mount Ayliffe Engen put oil int water tank, and my car started over heating, It was at 15:00 in the afternoon. When I called them they said they could get hold of the owner I was alone on the side of the till 21:00 at night. They started ignoring my calls, I called their customer services emergency line they also couldn't't get hold of the owner. I arranged for the car to be towed to Butterworth to the safe yard at my own cost, and I hired the vehicle at Europcar and they had to deliver it to me at 22:45 because where I was is 130 km away from home. I need engine to extend car hire for today until my car is fixed, it must be fixed but BMW not any mechanic. The supervisor from Engen Mount Ayliff called me back at 22:00 and said he still can't find the owner. I had plans to travell with the kids as I'm on leave today to Tsitsikama, I ajve to take the hired car back as I have hired it for 24 hours only. According to them I should be still sitting by the side of the road alone as a female, Europcar car reservation number is 164298247 and I need them to make sure that the car is moved from the storage yard asp. And they refund me my money for towing and car hire
