Continuous problems for 2 years with Tata

I bought a Tata indica 2 years ago and found that i have numerous problems with the car.
In this past 2 years this car has been more in the shop than actually on the road, when we ask to fix viecle there is always excuses and more damage gets done to viecle than repairs, for instance since 1st service we reported water leaking into viecle and water damage to carpets in boot area witch caused rust and nothing was done and noticed that doors doesnt lighn up and doors dented, took it back they they refused to fix the car and dents, there was over spray on mirrors after a long fight to respray car, a smooth tyre was put on the car and my new tyre was gone, the a pillar by winscreen came loose and hit me in the face while i was driving the carpets in the boot was rufley pulled out and not placed as it was when i left it and was also suppose to replaced. My viecle has since been in the shop since 25 Sept 2013 and its now 6 Dec 2013 and everytime i want to speak to the Service advisor with the name of Nicky he always has another excuse. Viecle now in worse condition than last seen on the 29 Nov 2013, never returnes my phone calls.
