This is the response we got from one Sarie Bye at Quest Meters when we demanded to know why they didn't communicate whether they are attending to the problem when we didn't have electricity for 4 days at Theresa Gables. I don't think this is how you respond to your clients with an attitude like that.
Dear Sir / Madam.
The municipality couldn't give an answer.
So instead of spending so much time on e-mail buy yourself a generator or gas to provide power in emergencies like this.
