Ripping me off, waiting 5 months, nothing happenin

Please help with consumer protection, I rode my bike in to Auto Motorcycles on the 24-01-13, I asked to check timing, sync carbs and fix oil leak. 4 days later I get a quote around R3k and it would take 6 weeks to get the parts and fix. 6 weeks come and go, still no word, the 7th no parts, the 8th week I went in, and they had the parts and I should collect Monday. Monday I get the invoice, my bike still won't start!! So I waited there for 3 hours, they said my CDI box broke. 2 weeks pass by and I don't hear from them, I go in and they found a CDI box and it will be there within the week. I wait and nothing, I went in on the weekend and they said they've ordered the part, so I had to wait another 2 weeks, eventually they get the part without informing me, I went in, and they said that my bike would be ready on the Monday! I go in on the Monday, receive a new invoice for R5275 and my bike starts fine BUT, it's not running on all 4 cylinders, 24th Jan I asked them to fix that and it's still broken. All in all they've still got my bike and I haven't heard from them, it's going on 5 months that they've had my bike now! 10-06-13, i think i'm being ripped off alot!
