Incorrect Change

Filled my tank with unleaded petrol. Cost = R573.05. Gave attendant R600. Till slip reads "Return R26.95.
I was brought R26.90 issued by cashier! The law states that you REDUCE CHARGE - ie should have been given R27. This is the 2nd time I have had a problem at this garage! Why are their till slips not programmed correctly after all this time? Other garages have done so!! I'm tired of being cheated, as a pensioner, by this type of business!!
