No Pitch after 3 hours

I logged a call at 1:15 to to book AA at 1:15pm to have my car jump started. I was told the would take 1 hour the most. It's now 3:37 and no-one has arrived and your staff are telling me you will be another 35 minutes. I spoke to a lady named De Ploi or something, who promised to phone me back and she has not. This is radiculous and pathetic service! Ref 426.
