DHL is the cr@ppiest service in South Africa, I've been on the phone for 45 minutes, given 5 different numbers to track a parcel, eventually got given a number in Pretoria post office for DHL postal drop-off couriers, and they don't even pickup.
From now on, I will use FedEx for every parcels.
