Unsafe vehicle condition & consultant's attitude

On Sun the 1st of Dec i hired a car at Europcar East London Airport, i was given a Toyota Etios, I drove 1.5 km and i could feel the vibration on the steering wheel and too much noise.

I turned back to Europcar to request another vehicle, Anele-the consultant rudely pushed me back to the queue telling me he is gonna see if he can help me or not, i then insisted, he gave me a number to call and request the car myself, i asked for the manager's number, he refused, we exchanged words, then i phoned my wife asking her to contact their call centre for me, thats when Anele gave me his manager's number.

I delayed more than an hour due to their poor service.
I finally got Polo Vivo, i pulled off in frustration and anger, as i was approaching Butterworth it started raining, the wipers are worn out.

I called the manager asking if i can't buy new wipers, she wanted to replace the car in Umthatha, but i was already fed up and didn't have more time for their delays.
